About the course
Social Hygiene is an important diploma in the hospitality industry. For example, what do you do if a guest becomes drunk or violent? Or if someone harasses other guests, threatens an employee or if the situation seems to get out of hand? In this course, you'll learn how to act accordingly. Social Hygiene is not only about alcohol, but also about drugs, gambling, hospitality, laws and regulations in the catering industry, social-hygienic policy and labor legislation.

Exam and certificate
The Social Responsibility course ends with an official SVH-exam. The exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions. After finishing the online training, you will receive a voucher code with which you can request an exam at a self-selected accredited location, date and time.
If the exam is successfully finished, you will receive the SVH Social Responsibility Certificate.
Free of charge with STAP-subsidy

Register for a training date after September 29th!
A condition for STAP subsidy is that the starting date of the study program you wish to follow, starts at least one month from the moment you apply for subsidy. The next possibility to apply for STAP subsidy is September 1st. Therefore, make sure you choose a date that starts after September 29th.
